Lifeline

Lifeline For The Homeless

Lifeline is First Methodist Houston’s outreach ministry to the homeless and transient population living primarily in the downtown area. We meet the basic needs of our clients by providing food and clothing with kindness, love, and dignity. We truly want to be the “hands and feet” of Jesus.

In addition to meeting basic needs, we also provide Metro bus cards for written appointments, rental assistance, specific job-related clothing and tools, and referrals to other agencies. Lifeline wants to help clients that need the extra boost to get them on their own two feet.

Lists & Special Occasions.
A dialogue box opens, use the right side which says “Find Someone’s List.”

Click on the “FIND” tab. A page will come up with a link to our items. Select Lifeline FUMC for the list of items needed. These items can be purchased and shipped directly to Lifeline.
