Scripture:
Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken.

Find a quiet place to be still with God. Take a deep breath and as you exhale, exhale your burdens and thoughts. Offer this moment to God and ask Him to speak to you. Now, read the verse again. Is there a word or phrase that God is drawing to your attention? What do these admonitions tell you about God? What do they tell you about yourself? Read the verse a third time. Let the passage pull you in. What are your cares and burdens? Give them to Him, one by one, as they come to mind.

Talk to God about what He is revealing. What is He saying to You through this verse? Through the Holy Spirit? Keep the verse close to you today.
