Scripture:
“For God does speak-now one way, now another-though no one perceives it. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on people as they slumber in their beds, he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings, to turn them from wrongdoing and keep them from pride, to preserve them from the pit, their lives from perishing by the sword.”

What great words of comfort – God is speaking to us! He is trying to speak to us in whatever way we may be receptive to His word. Perhaps He is speaking to us in a dream. Perhaps He is speaking to us when we are still, or in our prayers or when we are reading Scripture. Unfortunately, at times we do not perceive it as coming from God. What are the barriers that are keeping you from hearing God speak? Talk to Him about those today.
Prayer:
Lord we want to hear Your voice. We want to know Your will for us individually and for Your church. Help us remove the barriers that muffle Your voice or sow doubts in our minds and hearts. Speak to us. Let us hear Your voice.
