Be kind! This simple imperative is a complete sentence. It is the stuff of the kindergarten curriculum and profound ancient wisdom in equal measure. So, what is the problem? Why is kindness a rare commodity? In the name of Jesus Christ, you are forgiven. Pass it on and pay it forward: be nice! Be kind!

Lord God, your mercy knows no end. Your tender-hearted kindness is ever my comfort. May others know Your wonders and may they find them in me.
