I am very grateful to My God for helping me soar and not grow weary in my journey with Christ. Being dedicated to prayer has a big impact in my life and helps me remain strong despite the challenges of life.
In January, I lost my brother in law, who I was very close to, two hours after I spoke with him on the phone. Three days later, I got COVID and was hospitalized. I couldn’t receive any visitors. It was just the nurses, doctors, God and me. It took me more than a month to recover and during that time, I remember repeating this verse and put my name on it!
“But SYLVIA who trust in the LORD will find new strength. SYLVIA will soar high on wings like eagles. SYLVIA will run and not grow weary. SYLVIA will walk and not faint.”
This really encouraged me and put more hope in my heart. Prayer is the key. Prayer helps me maintain my faith and trust in the Lord. Maintaining faith requires not only praying, but also DEDICATION and DETERMINATION to prayer. – Sylvia Kiboko
