Scripture:
“You have seen many things, but you pay no attention; your ears are open, but you do not listen.”

As you read the verse, ask the Holy Spirit to help you/us identify the areas where you/we have become blind and deaf to God’s work and voice.
Prayer: Father, we are easily blinded by our own desires and biases. Help us be attentive to Your work and voice. Forgive us and help us love You more faithfully. We desire to follow You only.
Petition: For the refugee families we are helping assimilate. That they will find friends and support in their new communities. For their language studies and for lucrative job opportunities for them and their families. That they will come to know God’s great love for them through the person of Jesus.
