Jesus brings contentment to your life. The regrets of the past no longer hold on to you. You begin to see things through God’s eyes and suddenly there is a deeper purpose for your life. There is no need to reminisce over wasted years because God keeps you joyfully occupied.
Prayer: Father, thank You for filling our hearts with gladness. There is joy in being Your servant. We are faithfully Yours.
Petition: For God to prepare us for the new things that He is doing in our midst. For wisdom and insight for the new pastor that God is preparing to lead our church. For unity and humility for each church member, we seek to follow God’s will and not our own.
