“Call to me and I will answer you and will tell you great and hidden things that you have not known.”

Prayer is dialogue; we speak to God and He speaks to us. It requires the art of listening. Listening in prayer is a request for God’s guidance. In making our request, we give God’s guidance authority over the other voices in our lives. We need to wait on God in silence and give the Lord an opportunity to speak. Focus your prayer today on intentional, purposeful listening and let God do the talking.
Prayer: Call to God and wait with expectation for He will communicate with you.
Petition: For those living around the West Campus. For them to become aware of God’s great love for them and be drawn to His presence and repentance. For our church to become aware of the needs around us and for us to be a beacon of hope and a safe place to seek the Lord.
