Scripture:
Then Moses spoke to the Lord saying, “May the Lord, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation, who will go out and come in before them, and who will lead them out and bring them in, so that the congregation of the Lord will not be like sheep which have no shepherd.”
– Numbers 27:15-23
God appoints spiritual leaders who put their lives on the line to guide His flock. Remember those faithful spiritual leaders that God has put in your life. Thank Him for each one by name. Ask God to bless and protect them, keep them from evil and renew their strength.
Prayer: Father, thank You for the spiritual leaders you have put in my life. I pray for…(list them by name) and ask that You will bless, protect, keep from evil, and renew their strength today. Please encourage them to continue the good fight.
Petition: For our Senior Pastor, Andy Nixon. That the Lord will strengthen and encourage him, protect him from evil. Bless his family. Give him humility, wisdom, and discernment as he seeks to hear from the Lord regarding His will.
