Scripture:
“Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by my Father who is in heaven. For where two or three have gathered together in My name. I am there in their midst.”
– Matthew 18:19-20
Praying together is important. As we go through our “Year of Prayer and Discernment” each day, we are seeking and petitioning the Lord together. For the last six months we have been preparing our hearts to hear from God. For the next six months, we will add specific prayer points. We know that where we have agreed together on earth, the Lord will answer us.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for letting us partner with You in Your work. Align our hearts with Yours as we pray for Your will in our church.
Petition: For humility, wisdom, and discernment for each church member, that we may hear from the Lord regarding His will for our church.
