Scripture:
“If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God.”
– 1 Peter 4:11
As an ambassador for Christ, you have been called to speak the very words of God. How is your speech? Do you spend too much time grumbling and complaining? Are your words healing or divisive? Are they bathed in prayer and spoken out of love of God and others? Ask the Lord to help you speak His words.
Prayer: Father, please guard my tongue. Help me discipline myself to wait and hear from You before I speak. Then, speak through me. Give me Your heart for others and use my voice as You desire.
