Scripture:
“Whoever has ears, let them hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”

God is always speaking to us and we are called to listen to what He is saying. First Methodist is His church and we are coming to Him to seek His direction. God can, and does, speak to anyone who has ears to hear His voice. Let’s remember to listen for the Holy Spirit through one another, especially in unlikely places.
Prayer: Lord, allow me to put aside my own intuition and lean on You for understanding. You are all-knowing. We desire to carry out Your will and not our own. Guide me as I seek to be Your servant. Guide us as we seek to be Your people.
