We serve the God of Hope. In Greek, the word is ἐλπίς which means expectation, trust, and confidence. Ἐλπίς is the expectation of what is guaranteed. We serve the God of expectation, trust, and confidence. Doesn’t that sound wonderful? Are you anticipating God to move in a new way this year?
Prayer: Lord God, fill us with all joy and peace in believing! Help us expect big things from You and trust You completely. Our confidence is in You for the future of our church. Give us Your hope.
