Scripture:
I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the Lord. They will be my people and I will be their God, for they will return to me with all their heart.

God used the prophet Jeremiah to speak to the exiles of Judah concerning His promise to restore them. His promise of restoration extends to those who want to follow Him now. Notice in the verse that it is God who does the work. If you want to know God more, ask Him to give you a heart to know Him.
Prayer: Father, I want to know You more. Please give me a heart to know You. Soften my heart of stone and help me long for connection with You. I want to be one with You in thought and deed. I love You.
