May He grant you your heart’s desire and fulfill your whole plan!

With the advent of a new year comes new desires, hopes, and aspirations. The psalmist acknowledges God as the source of the realization of our dreams. We should thus daily seek the Lord and ask Him to align our desires with His will. John reminds us that our confidence in God is based on the truth that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us (1 John 5:14-15).
Prayer:
Father, as we begin a new year, I ask for the grace to daily seek You. Align my will with Your will. I trust You to bring the plans You have for me to pass. Prepare our congregation and leaders to be ready to hear from You and fulfill the plans You are revealing.
