Ask the Lord to show you the way. He is our Father. He cares about every decision we make. When God led the Israelites out of Egypt, He guided them through the wilderness for 40 years. He led the people with a pillar of cloud by day and by night a pillar of fire.
When the Israelites camped, the pillar of cloud rested on top of the tabernacle. God was with them day and night and they saw His presence. Our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. What He did for His children in the wilderness thousands of years ago, He will do for us today. When you cannot see ahead, ask our Father to light the path.
Prayer:
We honor You, Father. Your endless love has never changed. We thank You. Even though we are disobedient children, all You ask is that we seek You. You are there, ready to forgive and hold our hand. Father, on our own, we are blind. Please light our path. Every decision we make sets us on the right course. Apart from Your guiding light, we wonder, lost in the dark.
