Love is one of the many words in the English language that is used so often that we almost forget what it actually means. The words, “I love you” are so overused and romanticized that their depth and intimacy are lost. Love is a declaration of risk, whether you are declaring it to your spouse, your family, or your closest friends. Do you enjoy it when your spouse, your children, or your friends tell you they love you? The One who designed the planets, painted the skies, and loves you as much as anyone or anything can be loved, enjoys hearing it, too.
